Caring Connections is a prevention program that offers home visits to provide support and information to parents of children born in Otter Tail County. 

Caring Connections Child Care Provider Visitor program is offered to all newly licensed Otter Tail County Child Care Providers. 

The Parent Support Outreach Program is a program of the Otter Tail Family Services Collaborative and Otter Tail County Human Services which offers support and resources to families who are struggling with parenting issues.  Limited financial resources may also available for families who are experiencing financial crisis.
