Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE)

Families with infants and children with special needs will be offered Caring Connections visits from the Early Childhood Special Education teacher who is already visiting their homes.

Each of the Caring Connections home visits cover the same information and format, no matter the agency from which the home visitor come.  Therefore, the Caring Connections home visits will be somewhat different from the regular ECSE home visits.

ECSE is provided by each local school district under arrangement with either the Fergus Falls Area Special Education Cooperative or the Freshwater Education District.

ECSE services are available to children from the time a qualifying condition is identified.
